This is an authentic WWII era ticket from December 6, 1943 to admit one person to the "On To Victory Rally" with keynote speaker Governor Dwight H. Green. The rally was held at the Broadway Armory on North Broadway in Chicago, Illinois. There are classic WWII images of Uncle Sam and an American flag on the front. On the back it says "...Don't Waste "Tires" or Gasoline"!... Street Car Transportation to Door" with information about various street car routes.

The ticket measures 4.75" x 2.5" and is in good condition with the following exceptions:
- A small smudge on the front under the words North Broadway, to the right of the word ONE.
- 2 small creases on the right side of the ticket (near the Uncle Sam image).
